Artist Talk @ Worthington Area Art League

I was honored to be asked to speak at the Worthington Area Art League’s meeting last Thursday night. The WAAL Vice President Alan Sippel asked me to speak after seeing my work after it was installed at the McConnell Art Center, the day before the exhibit opening.

This was the first time I was asked to speak on Modular Mixed Media, and the challenge was the meeting was not near the artwork. I was grateful my PowerPoint from my design work experience!

The group was very friendly, and asked great questions. When I mentioned the Mixed Media Collage Painting class I will be teaching at the MAC in February, several members were interested in joining.
