Contributed Work – Peace Project 2013
The theme of this year’s Peace Project is “Peace, Love and Understanding,” and the image from my chalk work from the first Chalk the Block event at Easton last year was accepted by the jury. The fact that the original work was intended to be temporary added even more to having it become a part of the traveling exhibit to raise money for the people of Sierra Leone and other initiatives to help war survivors. This is the third year I have contributed artwork to The Peace Project >

I’m looking forward to seeing the Venice Biennale in Italy next week! After dreaming of visiting this city with streets of water, and historical magic, I’m looking forward to being inspired by artists’ work from around the world.
